Inactive List....unneccesary? |

September 28th, 2008 at Bank of America Stadium in a game versus the Atlanta Falcons, both of our starting offensive tackles went down with injuries. I panic. "Who do we have as backups?", I ask. "Well there is Frank Omiyale and Jeremy Bridges." So I am thinking we are ok but then I realize that Omiyale might not be active since he hasn't been all year. Panic returns.
Do we really need the inactive list in today's NFL? Isn't there a way to alter it to work now? Sure there is.

Training Camp Observations |

It has been a couple of years since I last last in Spartanburg. The Beacon Drive-In still rocks (CALL IT!) and naturally, it's still hotter than 40 hells. Training camp was amazing. This was not like other training camps I've been to. The entire Panthers team just seemed to have that look of dedication about them. Most rookies did not look like typical rookies. Several players stood out and in this article, I will share some of my observations of them.
